Ryan Good

Ryan Good is a seasoned professional in commercial mortgage lending, consulting, and investment sales.

His current role at RARE CRE involves advising clients on securing loan and equity capital for ground-up developments, acquisitions & rehabs, and recapitalizations.

As the former Head of Origination for Construction Lending at Broadmark Realty Capital, Inc., Ryan originatoed over $8 billion in opportunities. At Boardmark, he led origination, underwriting, and asset management across several states, handling deals ranging from $250,000 to $70 million. He excelled in recruiting, training, and mentoring teams and oversaw marketing campaigns, CRM platform development, vendor management, and third-party consulting engagements.

Ryan's prior role as an Account Executive at CoStar Group demonstrated his account management skills for CoStar, Apartments.com, and LoopNet. He conducted user training and presented at conferences and industry associations.

As an Acquisition and Project Manager at Bonaventure Senior Living, Ryan led land acquisitions and project management, specializing in senior living projects. His expertise in pre-development due diligence, feasibility studies, and lender packages was instrumental.

At Marcus & Millichap, Ryan advised clients on multifamily acquisitions and sales, contributing to underwriting, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor procurements.

Ryan's educational background includes an International Business Certificate from City University of Hong Kong and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Oregon State University. He co-founded the Oregon State Investment Group and served as President of the Oregon State Finance Club, fostering student development and industry connections.
