Ross Stern

Ross began his career in real estate by acquiring and managing multifamily and retail properties during the post-2011 foreclosure recovery. Since then, he has served in multiple capacities—including principal, advisor, broker, and manager—giving him comprehensive insight into the full lifecycle of real estate ownership.

Today, Ross specializes in Commercial Real Estate investment sales and leasing, with a focus on Industrial properties and Land & Development projects throughout Florida. He works closely with business owners and portfolio builders to acquire, dispose of, and lease assets strategically.

Over the past decade in South Florida, Ross has successfully represented clients in transactions involving multifamily properties, warehouses, churches, office buildings, retail centers, development land, and business asset sales, including salons, automotive shops, and restaurants.

Ross also assists companies and individuals relocating to Florida from across the country and internationally, providing expert guidance in both commercial and residential real estate.

Outside of real estate, Ross enjoys playing ice hockey and pickleball, gardening, painting, and cooking.
