Christian Welch

Originally from Upstate New York, Christian relocated to South Florida in 2024 and brings a strong background in marketing to the firm. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management in 2022.

At RARE CRE, Christian focuses on expanding the firm’s brand presence and strengthening client relationships. He leads targeted outreach initiatives, manages and refines CRM strategies to support long-term engagement, and assists the team with campaign execution and relationship development. He plays an integral role in ensuring clients and prospects experience thoughtful, consistent communication.
