Christopher Green is an Associate at RARE CRE. He advises clients on acquisitions and investments in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on the healthcare industry. Christopher brings a tailored approach and years of hands-on management experience. His skills include client prospecting and relations, underwriting, marketing strategies, and investment sales advisory.

With a family background in real estate investments, Christopher has 4 years of professional experience, starting his career during his university studies. He earned his Associate in Arts Degree in Computer Engineering from Palm Beach State College, where he developed strong mathematics and software skills. In addition, Christopher served as a Reservist in the United States Marine Corps, troubleshooting and managing electronic components for optics and ordnance in high-stress environments, requiring a high degree of electrical and mechanical skills.

During his studies, he obtained his Real Estate Broker License and worked as an assistant to a successful real estate team. He then entered the real estate industry at Premier Brokers International, before transitioning into Commercial Real Estate with Behavioral Health Properties. With his strong work ethic and methodical approach to clients’ needs, Christopher brought multiple multimillion-dollar clients to the brokerage and assisted them with issues ranging from liquidation of distressed properties to the acquisition of sites for development.
