With a background in Finance and Commercial Real Estate, Alex has spent the majority of his career in client-facing roles, working closely with clients to identify and implement customized capital solutions to meet their capital needs. He is committed to delivering high-value advisory services in the South Florida market and collaborates with a team of seasoned professionals at Rare CRE to drive success and growth in commercial real estate investments.

Prior to joining RARE CRE, Alex gained valuable experience in originations at Hirshmark Capital, a private equity debt fund, where he was responsible for originating and structuring capital for real estate transactions.
