We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial commercial real estate sales professional to join our real estate investment sales and capital markets team. 

This position directs the investment sales and capital markets efforts for multifamily, office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties.

This is a 100% commission sales position. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to develop, and nurture relationships with real estate investment principals and property owners.


Through our unique training and mentorship program, you will master (or improve) your capabilities in commercial real estate investment sales while working hand-in-hand with RARE CRE’s principals in a dynamic culture. Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary. Coachability is required.

A Day In The Life of Our Associate Often Includes:

  • Prospecting new client relationships from leads provided by RARE CRE using our proprietary CRM

  • Generating new client leads through referrals, researching ownership records, market data, and industry trends.

  • Cultivating and maintaining a local and regional client base for the generation of investment sales and capital advisory business

  • Attending networking and industry events

  • Presenting marketing proposals to clients

  • Preparing and discussing our proprietary ‘Valuation Guides’ and 'Capital Guides' with clients

  • Negotiating listing and agency agreements

  • Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiating offers through our expensive buyer database

  • Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies

  • Being available for continuous training and/or mentoring of junior team members

  • Join and participate in local and national commercial real estate organizations such as CCIM, AFIRE, ISCS, NAR/RCA, NAIOP, NAREIT, NMHC, BOMA, ULI, SIORs, etc. 

Flexible Work Environment

  • Florida Sales/Broker-Sales Associate license

  • Entrepreneurial drive

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred but not required

Computer Skills

  • Intermediate (minimum) working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Database experience is a plus

  • Google Enterprise Suite / Google Docs experience a plus

  • CoStar, REIS, or ARGUS experience is a plus

Compensation & Advancement Structure

  • This is a commissioned based position to start.
